Simulated first days for a freelancer with no Claude, no git, no calendar · scratch install, fake data

This simulates the person who is not us: a freelancer with no Claude, no git, no calendar hookup, who just wants a tracker that writes the invoice. Scratch install, fake data, two sourceless projects (Acme, Nova).

The whole loop shipped tonight: the daily nudge asks what they did, they write it out in plain words, the lines draft themselves with estimated hours flagged for review, a tap confirms the day, and the confirmed days become a timesheet and then an invoice. Setup stays optional: sources can be added later per project, or never.
